How do I return my product?

answer: Please speak to your Frendy Partner, if the product is eligible for return then they will be able to process your return. Please understand that a Frendy partner may be unable to help with refund of products that are not eligible for return.

Do I have to return the freebie when I return a product?

answer: Yes, the freebie needs to be returned along with the product.

Can I return a part of my order?

answer: In case there are multiple items in an order, you can return a part of your order. Nevertheless, you need to make sure that the product that is being returned is returned in entirety, including all components or complimentary gifts or the combo item it came with. However, if there was a special promotional offer, contest or any special scheme ongoing during the time you made the purchase, special rules might apply for returns.

What should I do if I find the package opened or tampered on delivery?

answer: We suggest that you check your package and contents at the time of receipt and inform the Frendy partner immediately in case you find your order damaged or tampered with.

I paid using Cash on Delivery . How will I get my refund for returning the item?

answer: Cash refund will be processed once the same is approved by the company, may take 7-15 days and will require the return of the product.
